The Analog Four Cookbook Analog Four Quick Reference Guide for the Elektron Synthesizer.
Very nice to have in this format. Well-written with more clarity than that which comes with A4. This is in-fact my first iBook as have another dedicated tablet reader loaded with pdf User Manuals of plethora of synthesizers in my all hardware based synth set-up and this format simply alieviates clutter and makes it quite nice to take to coffee shop or out by a stream to study the intricacies of this great Elektron Analog Four.
Niel has done a great job and for a price of cup of quality coffee, it was a no-brainer when utilized with wealth of information the elektronauts community certainly provides.
Looking forward to where he takes this in future updates. Provided new-found clarity on the complex structure of the awesome game changer, the Elektron Analog Four!!
Was really hoping that this would be further developed and updated. All it really does is re-write what Elektron did horribly, but adds nothing as far integrating the A4 in a multi-synth set-up that is *not* all Elektron. A person is still very much on their own if you choose not to buy all other Elektron devices just to get the functionality that should be capable from a modern synth in 2014. Still, a handy purchase, but certainly does not decode all of the cryptic functions and maniacal button combo presses to do simple things.
Just a nicer version of the manual
This book definitely reads more intuitively than the Elektron manual, but it doesn't add a thing, other than the OS version history. Bear that in mind.

If Elektron bothered to include a well written manual with the A4, this book wouldn't be needed. But they don't, so this is really appreciated.
